Whilst waiting to bat yesterday I was enjoying watching Swifts, House Martins and Swallows whizzing overhead. There was a commotion and Hobby was in amongst them. Magnificent bird-one of my favourite birds of prey. I was unable to see the end of the drama. Thoroughly enjoyed playing cricket and chatting again. Sadly my stay at the crease was brief; I dragged a wide delivery onto my stumps!
