I want to report a blond incompetent buffoon who has broken lockdown on numerous occasions often seen wearing a white coat or white shirt sleeves. He was in Wales today, Scotland recently and many other places. These flagrant breaches of lockdown for unnecessary trips need dealing with! How come he can move around?
