Nearly every part of my body now aches!<\/p>\n<p>Thursday morning&#8217;s Bird Watch went well. We did have a sprinkling of rain and we saw the <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Avocet<\/strong> <\/span>parents seeing off <strong>Gulls<\/strong> and <strong>Crows<\/strong>. we had\u00a0 noisy <span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>Redshank<\/strong> <\/span>and a squadron of <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Oystercatchers<\/span><\/strong> overhead. Plenty of young <span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\"><strong>Whitethroat<\/strong><\/span> and <span style=\"color: #cc99ff;\"><strong>Reed Warblers<\/strong> <\/span>by the reed bed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I have managed to play club cricket today and actually opened the batting and helped put om 79 for the first wicket &#8211; I am feeling it now!
