My ritual on normal days is to cycle up the <strong>Green<\/strong> to collect the paper. It didn&#8217;t go well first\u00a0 the back wheel stuck on <span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\"><strong>Shadowfax<\/strong><\/span> my trusty mount, so I went to <span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>Gringolet<\/strong> <\/span>and discovered a puncture! So there were a few expletives as I grappled with the wheel with cold hands. Eventually sorted and later we had a delightful ride into <strong>Stroud<\/strong> along the canal. Puncture eventually sorted but I need to invest in more expensive\u00a0 tyres with better protection because it has happened on a few occasions!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A frost to start the day and a hiccup!
