It flew out from a tree as I reached it and we were within inches of each other- not sure who was most shocked! Earlier a <span style=\"color: #993366;\"><strong>Sparrowhawk<\/strong> <\/span>flew across the road in front of me but this wasn&#8217;t so close.<\/p>\n<p>I will make a comment on the news , I suppose I am not surprised the Prime Minister doesn&#8217;t have the integrity to resign after the long awaited report came out.
