Three successive days for the library fun days which was exhausting- I also did my regular slot at <strong>Wick Court<\/strong> on Thursday evening so it was no wonder I was tired!<\/p>\n<p>We travelled up to <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>Luton<\/strong><\/span> on Friday &#8211; I went to watch the <strong><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Mighty Hatters<\/span><\/strong> while <strong>Clare<\/strong> read back at the hotel. A pity we couldn&#8217;t get the win despite hitting the woodwork and being denied a stonewall penalty but encouraging signs!<\/p>\n<p>On Saturday morning we made a nostalgic visit to\u00a0 my home town of <strong>Hitchin<\/strong> paid respects to our parents at the cemetery. The Town has changed but many landmarks remain.<\/p>\n<p>It was on to <strong>Colchester<\/strong> to visit our good friends <strong>Colin<\/strong> and <strong>Cee<\/strong> (loyal readers of this blog). Good to see them both after a traumatic few weeks for them.<\/p>\n<p>So recuperating a bit now after our adventures!
