I got a puncture about 3 and half miles from home! Guess who forgot his pump &#8211; had a spare inner tube and stuff! I made the decision to walk across the fields with my wounded steed rather than risk walking along a busy road with no pavement. A wise move although mucky under foot! I saw many birds including three raptors a <span style=\"color: #993366;\"><strong>Buzzard,<\/strong><\/span> a <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Red Kite<\/span> <\/strong>and a <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Kestrel<\/strong>.<\/span> The <strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Kestrel<\/span><\/strong> was with me for almost a mile hovering and gliding over the hedgerow.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Had a lovely ride this morning in the winter sunshine until disaster struck!
