When an Old Cricketer Leaves the Crease

Using the Roy Harper song for today’s title. Did you know it is the only pop song that features the phrase “Silly Mid Off”!

Great sport going on at the moment, I’ve enjoyed watching the Giro d’italia a much more interesting and unpredictable race than the Tour de France The Cricket World Cup got off to a great start yesterday, did you see that catch? Lovely to see how the whole crowd reacted to the Ben Stokes stupendous catch.

Talking of sport once again I am playing two games of cricket this weekend hence today’s title. I’ve done a couple of big rides on the bike over the last couple of days.
