Well we are back from our adventures. It was a super cycle ride and would recommend anyone who likes to a cycle ride over a decent distance to do the Devon Coast to Coast. Much was on old railway lines so was mainly traffic free. Woods, moors and coast lines so plenty to see.

Need to get to work on a PR leaflet to go out to different establishments but a busy holiday weekend in front of me. Tonight is Frocester Beer Festival, watching the Hatters tomorrow and cricket Sunday! Peter is here for the festival and Mike my brother is coming for the game tomorrow.
