Cheese Scone

Clare and I cycled to Sizergh today from our campsite in Silverdale. Those of you who know me know that I am very partial to cheese scones! As Sizergh is a National Trust place I like their scones even use the recipe as a basis for my scones. I think I would only give it 7 out of 10.  We had a lovely cycle with a lot of climbing. Found some little lanes to pedal along. A picture of a Mallard and her two ducklings below.
